My work covers a range of indications and has included studies addressing safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, single-ascending and multiple-ascending dosing regimens, food-effects, and cross-over studies for biological and small molecule investigational products (both in healthy volunteers and patients).
More recently, I’ve been involved in managing larger and global projects including COVID-19 vaccine development using genetically modified organisms which entails a complex range of additional regulations.
